Face Reality Certification Practice Test

After treating a client for two months with no changes in their skin, what should you check?

Fire them as a client

Check your accounting for product purchases

Check if they are using their products correctly

Both B and C

In this scenario, it is critical to assess whether the client is using their recommended products correctly, as improper usage can lead to a lack of noticeable improvement in their skin condition. Many clients may not fully understand the application methods, timing, or quantity of the products they should be using. Thus, checking for correct usage is essential as it ensures that the treatment regimen is being followed as intended.

Additionally, reviewing the accounting for product purchases is equally important. This allows for verification that the client has purchased the recommended products and that there are no gaps in their treatment plan due to missing products. It ensures that the client is not only using the products correctly but also consistently following through with their skincare regimen.

The combination of checking both the product usage and the purchasing history provides a comprehensive approach to identifying potential reasons for the lack of improvement. By focusing on these areas, you can better support the client in achieving their skincare goals and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan if needed.
